Zoo Park
Attica Zoological Park is a private zoo located on the outskirts of Athens and covers an area of 20 hectares. It was opened in May 2000. It immediately gained immense popularity among young visitors and their parents.
At first, it was created as a Bird Park. At that time, the collection of birds living in the park was considered the third-largest in the world and consisted of more than 1,000 individuals of 300 different species.
In April 2001, a new section “The World of Reptiles” was opened, where one could already see crocodiles, pythons, boas, and other reptiles. And in July 2002, the section “Greek fauna” appeared with brown bears, foxes, wild cats, lynxes, wolves, etc. In February 2003, the African Savannah was added with giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. Jaguars, llamas, snow leopards, white lions, and other mammals also appeared.
At the end of June 2003, monkeys appeared at the zoo. Since then, the zoo has added many other interesting and rare animals. In 2010, a dolphinarium was opened at the zoo, where you can not only admire dolphins and sea lions but also watch shows with their participation. Some species of animals and birds living in Attica are listed in the Red Book.
The park has a picnic area, a cozy cafe, and a children’s playground, as well as a souvenir shop. Professional guides will conduct an exciting tour for children and adults.
Especially for children, interactive programs have been developed to inform about the importance of preserving the natural habitat of each species and caring for nature in general. A special pride of the zoo is the significant number of animals listed in the Red Book.
The Attica Zoological Park is considered one of the most visited in the world and is open to visitors all year round. It is a member of the European Association of Zoos and Aquariums. A visit to this natural reserve is a great way to please yourself and your kids with an exciting walk in the fresh air and acquaintance with exotic animals collected from different parts of the world.
Allou Fun Park
Do you want to please your children? Then be sure to take them to Allou! Fun Park – Luna Park in Athens, which is considered to be the best amusement park in Greece.
The entertainment complex has been welcoming its guests since 2002. The park is designed for visitors of all ages and convenience is divided into recreation areas for adults and children. The largest Ferris wheel “Panorama”, “Leaning Tower” (an attraction that simulates a free-fall), breathtaking roller coasters, racing cars, rafting, a shooting range, fishing, a hippodrome, dozens of gaming halls – all these and other attractions will not leave anyone indifferent and will give an excellent mood. Allou Territory! FunPark is divided into two large zones, which provide entertainment for different ages.
In the northwestern part of the park, there is a real paradise for the little ones – a separate Kidom zone, offering a lot of entertainment, swings, carousels, and slides for children aged 3 to 12 years.
On the territory of the amusement park, there are cafes, bars, restaurants, and pastry shops where you can treat your sweet tooth with ice cream, cakes, delicious cocktails, and thirst-quenching juices and drinks. Those who are really hungry will also find something to offer.
Here you can ride a 40-meter ferris wheel and a 72-meter Star Flyer carousel, where the rotation speed reaches 30 km/h, try a free fall on a special “falling tower” and get adrenaline on a roller coaster. And that’s not all the park has to offer!
In memory of visiting this wonderful place, you can buy some gifts in the gift shop.

A large percentage of of whatever you state happens to be astonishingly appropriate and that makes me ponder the reason why I hadn't looked at this with this light before. This piece truly did switch the light on for me as far as this specific subject matter goes. But there is one particular position I am not necessarily too cozy with and whilst I make an effort to reconcile that with the core idea of your position, let me observe just what the rest of your visitors have to point out.Well done.http://www.tlovertonet.com/
